To promote family sailing in the Savannah area.
Our Vision
To be a family oriented club which cruises, races, trains new sailors, and hosts or supports on-the-water events monthly, all year, from our own permanently established facility.

Membership meetings are held the first Friday of every month, unless noted otherwise, at Young's Marina. Anyone interested in learning more about the Chatham Sailing Club is welcome to join us. BYOB!
CSC’s Spring Cruise of 2012 will be to House Creek on April 28th
The first cruise of the 2012 sailing season will be a return to House Creek and Beach Hammock on the weekend of April 28-29. Details on the cruise will be provided at the members meeting on April 6th and posted here. This is our most popular cruise destination, so please come and start the 2012 sailing season as we enjoy a cookout and bonfire. No dinghies needed; CSC will provide ferries to and from the beach.
CSC to Help Promote Bent Rudder Syndicate Racing
In a collaborative effort to better promote sailing and racing in the Savannah area, CSC and the bent Rudder Syndicate have met and agreed to work together to promote more participation in this long standing annual series. The BRS is designed as a non-spinnaker, non-intimidating way for sailors of all skill levels to participate in fun, low- key racing for both racing and cruising boats. The winter season will finish with races on February 11th and 28th.

This is still a new club. Join now and get in on the ground floor. We are growing rapidly and having FUN. Existing members are encouraged to bring their friends to see what Chatham Sailing Club is all about, to see the property, ask questions, look at the drawings for the clubhouse and enjoy the view!!THANKS goes out to the many people who helped to make this happen.
